Patient History and Physical
This is the initial step in preparation for surgery. The system guides the user through a logical yet comprehensive series of screens for capturing the data. Subsequent pre-op evaluation visits can be pre-populated with data from previous visits, which eliminates lengthy repetition of data entry.
